Willie helps companies and their owners navigate everyday business issues and complex commercial transactions. Willie also assists both business owners and individuals with estate and succession planning. As a Certified Public Accountant and a former banker, Willie brings an understanding of financial statements and taxation to the counsel he provides clients. Willie enjoys helping business owners and individuals problem solve, build their businesses, and plan for the
future.

Prior to joining Neider & Boucher, S.C., Willie worked for an AmLaw 200 law firm, a mid-size Milwaukee based law firm, and a Big Four accounting firm.
