Terri Neider has been with Neider & Boucher since its inception in 1995. She has provided administrative support in a variety of roles to several Madison law firms for over 35 years. As N&B’s Office Administrator, Terri is a member of the Firm’s Leadership Team developing policy and overseeing all facets of the business side of the law firm including general operations, benefits administration, financial management, facilities management and human resources. She feels very fortunate to work with smart, creative and passionate people.

From a very young age, I was taught to appreciate teamwork. I measure work success in many ways but at the forefront is achieving a great work culture wherein my co-workers know I appreciate them and genuinely care about them both in and out of the office. Outside the office I love spending time with my family whether it is traveling or just gathering in the kitchen at home. My husband and children are my True North.
