Marilyn focuses her law practice in estate planning and related tax matters. She has over 30 years of experience in estate planning, which includes trusts, wills, probate, trust administration and implementing tax-saving trusts. After working for a trust company and as a legal assistant for an attorney, Marilyn went back to school to obtain her law degree when her children were in high school. One aspect of her law practice that Marilyn particularly enjoys is meeting with clients to determine their goals and wishes and then creating and customizing an estate plan to achieve those goals. Marilyn ultimately strives to give her clients and their families the peace of mind and personal attention that a comprehensive estate plan provides.
