Kent draws on over 35 years of experience working with businesses, both large and small, across a wide range of legal issues and concerns that they face.  This broad perspective has given him a helpful insight to clients’ practical needs and considerations, especially in the context of creating and analyzing the complex transactions and organizational structures that are a common part of his practice.  Much of his work involves the structuring of private investment funding, and Kent’s clients include angel investors and venture funds as well as early stage companies seeking capital investment.
