Dave brings more than 40 years of practical business and management experience to his law practice. His priority is to always first evaluate the context of a client’s needs to ensure the costs of a transaction or other representation do not exceed the value to the client; his focus is equally on “should we” as on “can we.”
Dave is a shareholder and member of Neider & Boucher’s Board of Directors and leads the firm’s business law practice group. He has represented clients nationwide in the acquisition and sale of businesses in transactions up to $250 million, but equally enjoys working with smaller local businesses on their deals under $1 million. Dave serves as outside general counsel for several growing businesses. Prior to earning his law degree, Dave was a management and business development consultant in the banking industry and held both insurance and securities licenses. He owned and built several businesses including an electronics import/wholesale company and a boat dealership. He represents a wide-range of clients in complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and other business-related matters. Dave has an exceptional ability to reduce even the most complex matters to simple terms, making it easier for his clients to navigate difficult or stressful situations.
