Craig’s practice consists of helping new businesses get started and assisting them with issues and challenges that they face as they grow all the way through exits. Craig also handles real estate transactions for both business and individual clients, from home purchases and sales to more complex commercial transactions including Section 1031 exchanges.
Craig also holds an MBA and this business background allows him to focus on providing business clients and solutions to their legal problems and providing counsel on how such problems intersect with business issues. The most fulfilling part of Craig’s practice is developing relationships with the firm’s clients that allows for conversations about legal needs both in the near and long term.
