Maggie provides compassionate legal services to help make the estate planning and post-death administration process easier for all involved. Maggie is the chair of Neider & Boucher’s Trusts and Estates Team. Maggie focuses her practice on the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and is also experienced in representing clients regarding marital property agreements (including prenuptial agreements) and pet trusts.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Maggie loves spending time with her daughters and rescue dogs. She loves all animals, but is partial to beagles and Boston terriers. She enjoys bicycling to her favorite Madison destinations and cross country skiing throughout beautiful Wisconsin in the winter.
