Joseph W. Boucher is a founding shareholder of the Madison law firm of Neider & Boucher, S.C. and serves as the firm’s Chairman of the Board. Practicing law since January 1978, Mr. Boucher emphasizes business legal planning for closely held businesses. Since 1980 Mr. Boucher has also been teaching business law at UW-Madison – since 1988 to accounting majors and since 2000 to graduate students.
