Timothy C. Sweeney, In Memoriam

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce that our colleague and friend, Tim Sweeney, passed away on December 8, 2020.  Tim was a member of the Neider & Boucher family from October 1, 2015 until his passing.  His love of law and life inspired us all.  For over 45 years, Tim practiced in the areas of Business Law, Real Estate Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law. His professional goal was to always provide quality counsel and advice to his clients and the businesses and communities they serve.  He will be missed greatly.

– Initial and multi-term Chairperson of the Edgewood High School Board of Trustees
– Director of several educational and charitable organizations

– Tim was recognized by US News & Reports as a 2021 Best Lawyers in America in area of Real Estate Law

MANY PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW THAT:

-Tim worked closely with his clients to structure, finance, design and develop the first water park resort in Wisconsin Dells, which has served as the industry model and has become the recognized leader in the industry.
-Tim was a member of the 1966 Notre Dame National Championship football team, and an inductee of the Edgewood High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
-Tim and his wife taught high school on the Rosebud Indian Reservation (SD) and Tim was the football and basketball coach (1970-72).
