Joe is a general practice associate with a background that includes a wide range of practice areas. He has significant experience in regulatory compliance concerning health care, employment and labor, employee benefits, and environmental law. Additionally, Joe has dealt with contract litigation and criminal defense. Joe truly enjoys helping his clients solve their problems, achieve equitable solutions, and improve business efficiencies. Prior to joining Neider & Boucher, Joe worked for a Milwaukee area insurance broker, an Evanston, IL renewable energy start-up, and the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office.

Joe is particularly proud of his publication in the Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy that originated from his criminal defense work regarding felon disenfranchisement. Prior to Law School, Joe acquired a Master of Science in Applied Economics (MSAE) from Marquette ‘07 and worked as a corporate operations analyst for PETCO Inc.’s headquarters in San Diego, California. He has a passion for healthcare and economic policy discussions, as well as history, science, and technology subject matters. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter traveling, biking, fishing, skiing, and at sporting events.
