AFFORDABLE FLAT-FEE PACKAGES OFFERED TO STARTUPS AND SMALL BUSINESSES

As experienced business lawyers we understand our business clients’ concerns over legal fees… especially the concerns of our clients who are at the very start of the process of getting their businesses off the ground. Knowing ahead of time what legal services will cost is critical at this early stage. To help you get your business properly organized from a legal standpoint, Neider & Boucher, S.C. will help you select the right entity at a pre-established flat-fee.

Single Member LLC — $800*
If you (or you and your spouse) are the sole owners of your business, a single member LLC is often the best entity choice. It offers you the advantage of limited liability like a corporation, but is a disregarded entity for tax purposes. That means the income from your business flows through to your personal tax return in the same way as if you were a sole proprietor (i.e., no double-taxation).

  • Three hours of in-person consultation with one of our experienced business attorneys
  • Articles of Organization
  • Single-member LLC Operating Agreement
  • Tax Identification Number (EIN) (optional for some single-member entities)

Multi-Member LLC — $2000*
If there is more than one owner of your business, things get more complicated. For example, you need to establish rules for how your business gets managed. You also need to deal with what happens if one of the owners wants out, gets divorced, becomes disabled, or dies. As with the single-member LLC, a multi-member LLC offers the limited liability protections of a corporation, but with the advantage of flow-through taxation.

  • Three hours of in-person consultation with one of our experienced business attorneys
  • Articles of Organization
  • Multi-member LLC Operating Agreement
  • Single Class of Equity Interests (multiple classes available at an additional cost)

  • Registration as a Foreign Entity Doing Business in Wisconsin (if needed)

Corporation – $2000*
In certain cases, organizing your business as a corporation, whether taxed as a flow-through type S-corporation or a more traditional C-corporation, can make sense.
